Joey has been begging me to take him to Gold's gym with me. So he was very excited to hear about the new Kids cross training program at Golds. I took him today for the demo and he loved it. He wants to go back next week for another demo...but I'm not sure that's even allowed. Haha. Most likely going to sign him up for the Cross Fit Kids program after fall baseball and football are over. He really liked it. Mostly because he likes to race and win. He was like the energizer bunny out there going from station to station.
